One thing I found really interesting is that most people I know who do street photography feel that black and white is the real way to go to tell the story of the streets and they never look back or consider that originally street photography was black and white and there really was no color film to capture those moments.

I for one love black and white photography and have written about that in several blogs but the truth of the matter is that color can and is a whole different form of expression and at times much more telling.
