We are right in the middle of vacation and travel times and I would recommend this enlightening article which I am re-blogging just as a reminder.
Photographers Have Become Like Pigeons-
THIS IS NOT A JOKE AND EVERYONE REALLY HAS TO READ THIS. Most important, those who run photography workshops must follow the rules that are there in front of them and respect the property owners or managers.
This holds true no matter where you are either as an individual or with a group. It most certainly holds true that no one should ever disrupt or disrespect wild life. Ever.
I had my own workshop company for several years and worked along with Brian Zwit and Bill Wallen and we always held first day meetings to teach students about their cameras, go over schedules and most importantly set down the rules of the workshop as to where they can go, what they can shoot, and to respect the rights of everyone and everything.
Please be sure to read this and thanks.
